Scott J. Weiselberg focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, commercial and general civil litigation.

Prior to joining KO, Mr. Weiselberg was Executive Vice President and General Counsel with a national manufacturing and distribution firm handling all aspects of its corporate governance. Additionally, Mr. Weiselberg was associated with one of Florida's most prominent insurance defense firms handling a wide spectrum of healthcare and commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Weiselberg is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Weiselberg received his Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from the University of Georgia and Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
